1. Eligibility:
   Entry is open to individuals who complete the client survey form and answer at least 25 questions (excluding name and email). Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

2. Entry Period:
   Entries must be submitted within the dates specified in the giveaway announcement. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. Prizes:
   Three winners will be selected at random. The available prizes are:

   • One (1) free 6" signature cake

   • Six (6) free cupcakes of choice

   • One (1) voucher for 25% off all cakes and cupcakes (excluding wedding cakes), valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:
   Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be notified via the email provided in their entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Conditions:
   Prizes are transferable but non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The bakery reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value if necessary.

6. Use of Entries:
   By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for winner announcements and promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

7. General Conditions:
   By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. The bakery reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances require.
