Pickup

Pickup is available for free in the San Jose Forest Area(near San Jose Blvd and St. Augustine Rd). The exact location and additional information will be provided after a successful checkout. Please provide in the notes section your preferred pickup time and date.

Delivery

Delivery is available for a flat rate during checkout. Our cakes are hand-delivered with care. Please provide in the notes section your preferred pickup time and date(MM/DD/YYYY).

As a perishable item that must be refrigerated, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Once a cake is delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for handling the cake carefully and there will be no refunds or returns for said cake.

• We highly recommend customers to place cake on the floor of their vehicle in the passenger area, near a good source of A/C, and away from any direct sunlight.

• Additionally, please drive very carefully and slowly.

If upon pick up or delivery of the cake, any minor damage of the cake occurs(if caused by customer), it may be fixed for a fee.

While all of our products are made without dairy, eggs, seafood, and soy, there is still a risk of cross-contamination. 

Since we operate in a small, shared kitchen space, we cannot guarantee that our products are 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, seafood-free, egg-free, soy-free, or nut-free, etc. If you have any allergies, including to gluten, you must let the baker know before placing your order.
